Double set of pre-practice routine then 35+min on Tempo bike while listening to 80's station streamed from San Fran.
Finished up with single stance work, one set of 10 single leg squats, a bunch of band work for glut med/max and hip stabilizers then some light stretching.
Glad to see co-founder looks to be back on track. The last 4-5 weeks looks to be a classic case study on working "through" your issues and slowly/systematically bringing your body back up to a condition where true running training may proceed. It was interesting watching the progression.
