TM run at Osage Center. Incline variance from 1.5-7.5% with 4 hills included at 5/6/6/7.5% for .25-.50 mile intervals.

Dumbell squats x 4 sets with 45/50# after running and chins/dips. Legs noodles when leaving the gym.
