Notes

Today's effort:

10 min rowing machine

45 min on elliptical = 5.5 miles

25 min on curved TM = 2.09 miles

15 min spin on Lifecycle bike

some standing HS/glute work on the machines then some Upper body lifting

Good solid 95 min of level 2-3 aerobic work and feeling pretty good. Still notice the overall weakness in LLE but the pain is no longer there and not having anything down the left posterior leg like last week/early this week.
