Ran up to the track at Redwater HS from my Granny Ballard's house and did 4 sets of 400's. Walked 3/4 of a lap between each set for recovery. This didn't feel good at all. I kept wanting to push harder and give a better effort, but I just wasn't in the run...and it was cold and I didn't want to pull anything or do too strenuous of a workout after taking nearly 2 weeks off from running.
