Notes

Changed it up a bit this morning. I ran 1 mile then did 10 tricep dips, 10 pushups, and 10 crunches. I then ran a mile and repeated the exercises, then ran a mile, ran one set of west stairs from south to north, then did another set of exercises, then ran to the finish. Total workout time was 35:57. I enjoyed the work out and my shins didn't really hurt so I may try it again on Friday.
