Notes

Ran another cross training type workout. Repeated 3 times:

1 mile run

1 north to south run of the west stands

12 tricep dips

12 push ups

12 crunches

finished with a 1 mile cool down.

Really felt like a good workout. No shin pain whatsoever. I may try a regular 4 or 5 mile run on Sunday.
