Weekly goal: ~40 mi

Easy run with Ryan, Yan, and Z. We tagged along with the HSers for a bit, then split off (they we doing a long run). Unfortunately the trail from the school to High St is gonna be closed for the summer, they are cutting down some trees. Goal for this week is just to get out every day and put in some easy miles, not worrying too much about pace for this week. Also want to get in the habit of doing the post run stuff. Can't really get in a running routine yet because I don't start work until next week.
