And we're back!
First run from the summer, did a short loop from my house. Ran a little faster than necessary out of excitement, so ended up hurting a bit, but nothing unexpected after a week off. Bad week for eating culminating in a knockout gorge fest yesterday, but back on the diet starting today!
PS: It stings being LAST on the weekly mileage leaderboard... but mark my words, LDOPA's days are numbered.
PPS: If I run every day, I will break my streak on October 23rd.
