Unfortunately missed my chance to run today, entirely my fault of course but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I have a feeling that I will find a way to get to 100 in the next two days though. I've got a good tempo loop planned out for tomorrow which I will be doing as soon as I wake up.

Bigger issue right now - I am ballooning up worse than Violet Beauregard. Came back after break last year at 182, and threatening to do so again if I don't get my shit under control asap. Need to make good eating habits a priority! Going to really focus on it for the next 7 days, then hopefully can start to figure it out. Have to find a way to make it natural, form good habits, all that fun stuff.
