Easy run w/ Jesse, Paul, Yan, and Mike McMahon. The WPI boys did some silly short run, I got Paul and Jesse do do 60 with me. We did Mary Lou's, 6:40 pace on the roads and then probably a little slower in the woods, then I finished with a mile on the track @ 6:30. Will probably end up finishing on the track tomorrow too. Did 6 strides afterwards, which felt awesome. Felt totally fine today.
