Easy run on my own from home in the dark. Felt much better than the past two days, legs were better and sore throat was all but gone. Ate a pretty heavy dinner about two hours prior, so that didn't feel great. A duck quacked really loud about halfway in and scared the crap out of me. Not going to get to 60 miles this week, but should still plan on being at ~80 next week. New all time high for May.
