Easy run from the Singleton's house. Up in the air as to whether I do back to back workouts this week or drop one.

Yesterday after the run my left hip flexor (?) was really tight, I was limping around for a while. It got better as the day went on, and felt fine on the run today, but then again the rest of the day I was hurting... weird. Of course, my foot problem has totally disappeared so hopefully this thing will just roll off me as well. Should make sure to do core/ ground drills this week though.
