Ryan ran to my house, did a 40' loop ending at his house and then ran home through the bogs. Everything felt good. Hip flexor was tight this morning but I did some ground drills to stretch it out, it felt fine on the run and more importantly feels fine now afterwards.
Confirmed that there WILL BE a chase Joe Kelley session early next week.
