10x200 @ Mile Pace w/ 1 min jog

Fartlek run from the school, did 10x1 min on, 3 minutes off. Felt great today. Although it wasn't too fast.

Potentially taking a down week this week, we'll see. Not sure what makes most sense with our upcoming practice schedule.

I would just take the week as it comes, maybe slow down your easy days if you feel tired. Now is the time to string the weeks together. The build up is done. 85-92 is a good range for you for now
