Shakeout
Easy morning run, felt pretty good. Quads were fairly sore though. Item of note is that my scale reports me at 171.2, 10.8% BF this morning. I know I can't actually have lost ~7 lbs since Saturday... But I'm not sure what's going on. It hasn't been too hot and I've been drinking ~130 oz of water / day, so I can't possibly be dehydrated. My diet has been pretty on point this week and I'm definitely running a deficit, but losing 5 lbs of fat would take an 18000 calorie deficit which I definitely haven't done. Oh well, I'll take it as a good sign and expect that my weight will probably fluctuate back upwards a ways.
