Good workout at the HS. Honestly went a little better than I thought it would. 3200 alternating every 200m between mile GP and easy pace. I figured I would aim for 33 low on the fast reps and then just jog the easys and see what they came out too. After the first 2 I locked onto mid 33s and was running the easy segments faster than expected, just over 6' pace. It was a fun workout, over with really quickly. I think there was a bit of a learning curve to it, if I did it again I could definitely be more aggressive on the fast 2's, I underestimated how quickly I was able to recover from each one.
