Right calf was really tight all day, and could feel the heel a little, wasn't sure if I was gonna run. Tried to stretch/ massage the calf a bit throughout the day, then before I ran I spent some time rolling and poking in and tried to find some trigger points I saw on this website Pat showed me. It seemed like it worked alright because I felt fine when I started running. After about 10 - 15 minutes I could feel my calf again, it wasn't too bad to run on but was definitely really tight. Heel felt much better than yesterday, I barely noticed anything even though I was really paying attention. Felt great otherwise though.
