Easy run on my own from home. Quads were pretty sore from the start. Ended up running faster than I thought I would today. First mile was 6:40s as expected but after that I was running 6:20s throughout. Decided not to rein it in, but didn't push it either, just let it come naturally. I was feeling better by the end I'd say.
