Easy run. Met Jesse at Osborns at 10:15. We weren't sure of the exact loop, so we just ran for time in the woods at a relaxed pace. The mileage here is an estimate. The hills on the run were tough, but other than that this was a pretty easy run. This was my first longer run since starting up again, thought it went well. Plan on running 4 or 5 days next week, between 4 and 6 or so miles each... running faster if I'm feeling good.
