Need more tempo work, but too intimidating to go straight into a continuous one, so opted for a broken tempo - 3x10' w/ 2' jog. Did it in the park in Dorchester across the river, which was a great place for it - was able to get in a big loop for each rep. Actually did 3xloop rather than 3xmile, mentally a little easier. Felt good! No tempo next week with the race, but gotta continue with workouts like this.
