Easy Saturday afternoon run. Pretty weird, it was a hot day so after foolishly neglecting to run in the morning, I was figuring I'd be good to go around 5:30. Was reading a book in bed around 5 and all of a sudden I was OUT. Woke up at 6:40 and knew I had to run, but man was it tough. I felt like I'd been drugged, I felt so tired and out of it and I had no idea why. Staggered outside and took forever tying my shoes. Told myself that I would kenyan shuffle the first mile and then would feel better. Actually, that completely worked, after 10 minutes or so of running I felt normal. Just woke up in a funk I guess. Long run tomorrow could be tough, I reckon I'll be decently sore.
