FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE WHOOOO!
Yeow! I was pretty beat for this run. Did 70' w/ Faz, Jake, and Brian. It was cooler than yesterday for sure, but it was really humid. In any case, I didn't FEEL like the conditions were bothering me too much, but my quads were killing me. Really was hurting all through the North Lake - Grange - Liberty part of the run. Felt mostly better on 15th, then had to fall back a little on Sunset. Oof this is a little frustrating.
6x100m barefoot grass strides afterwards. These really aggravated my hip, I hadn't noticed it during the run but I think stopping and sitting for a few minutes and then doing the strides caused it to flare up. Gonna do some ball work before lift this afternoon.
