70' prog run -> 15' steady, 6 strides

Actually did just 60' since I'm gonna be running again later today. Tbh I didn't really do a very legit progression run, since I already did two workouts this week and want to have a good final CA long run tomorrow I took it a little easier. But it was a progressive effort, started easy and was running low 6's the second half although rolling hills throughout messed with the progression of the pace a bit. It was a good morning run.

2 strides after then I had to go inside to go #2. But I went back out for post run stuff.

PRERUN: planks, lunges, leg swings

POST-RUN: squats, lunges, myrtle
