Another in a series of strange pains that have come and gone. Have noticed pain on the outside of my right kneecap today and yesterday. Actually have only noticed it sitting around, not running - except when I tried to do some strides after today's workout, it was very noticeable, so I stopped. Hopefully this passes as quickly as the (achilles/ foot/ hip) pain did.
