50 minutes with Paul and Joe. Not that fun a run, I've had a sore throat all day and after going up Mt Ave halfway in my legs were pretty sore for the rest of the time. Still kept it at a fair pace though. Was thinking about going 60 but decided not to. Hopped on the track for the last lap. Hopefully will get up and double before driving to work tomorrow.
