ACTUAL: Started Ultracondition dvd, turns out it's the Iron Girl one... homey don't play that game!!! Ejected dvd. Warmed up 10 min elliptical, lifted back/biceps, legs (box jumps, light squats), good stretch.
Note: RHR still elevated this morning @50.
PLAN: If you have the ultracondition dvd, good time to do it!
Tamela: irongirl is just not for girls :-) I think the dvd has a lot of great floor work and bike strength sets that will help with power on the bike!
