ACTUAL: Run outside today!! Only watched HR on Garmin, mild wind and hills affected pace a lot. Much quicker pace for same effort compared to recent treadmill workouts. Legs not completely fresh from yesterday's Runervals, but pretty enjoyable run overall, felt good at end and not wiped out. Nice!!!
