Notes

I tried to push the pace from the beginning of the run. I was worried around 15 minutes in because I thought i had slowed way down. I made sure my form was good and worked on getting my breathing in rhythm with my body. I felt better than most of my runs so far, but still along way to go. I was relieved to see it the run was over 4 miles...I didnt think I was moving that fast.
