it was a good workout. I was glad my foot didnt hurt at all while running. The hardest hill was the first one, after that it seemed like they got easier and easier. My stomach didnt like the hills too much, I couldnt go up a hill without dropping ass....The cruise parts went by quick and the cool down was easy. Also glad my back didnt bother my while running either.
