SCHEDULE 2016--
The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff

40 minutes stop to warm up my hands.
Did not want to get back out of the car
Nice job, Clay!
Ran 8.35 with hubby last night and our legs were exhausted. barely making it to 12:20mm but that's good to have a very slow run every so often. Legs are tired and I have 20, so we'll see.
DDF day 3----29 miles. Walked with a few people to set their mileage goals. Received 100 mile belt buckle from last years race(121 miles).
Awesome, Clay!
I only did 9 instead of 20. Legs are tired. Wasn't feeling it.

Averaging nearly 200 miles a month will do that to legs
LOL.
Well, legs were tired because my asthma is full blown bad. I took a rest day yesterday. Feeling better today.
Plan was to get in a few miles. Twisted my knee walking at work. Should be fine tomorrow.
Ugh, Clay.
Ran 5 with hubby last night and 1 solo. I couldn't breath for the first 4 but the last 2 were fine!
Ran 4 this morning. Much better. All OUTSIDE!
6 mile walk. Should have the hr monitor ready to go this week
