Ran with some of the guys this morning from TW. I was worried I'd feel the same as last night, but once we got a couple miles in I could tell the rice for dinner and 10+ hours of sleep helped a whole lot. Thought about stretching it to 10 or 11 but stopped with Brody, Syd and Jacob and feel good about where I'm heading.
