Footing seemed too iffy with ice and slushy snow so I went to 24 HR to run on the treadmill. Got the work in even though I wasn't feeling all that great. Getting my volume back up is always tough to start them is naturally maintainable once I get into the groove. (Hip Circuit, Pedestal)
