planned on a long run of about 10 miles (3 laps) ran to the left and immediately hit head winds and it was a bit chilly at first then i got too hot, figured I would run the oppodite diredtion on the 2nd loop and most joggers were running that way today. at about 2/3 of the way, the left calf started getting sore and got consistantly worse until it was apparant that I would not just run through it so I quit and walked back. Calf was pretty sore just walking.
