Easy run doing the short loop of CCC. Because of a lot of early mileage, this run got to be very short. Managed to also run this before volunteering at the meet, so I didn't have to run afterwards. Will do leg strength after volunteering though. Saw Jon Davis almost break 4 today in the mile and that was the closest I've ever seen someone get close to 4 live.
Accidentally added some of today's long run into this, so I'm just gonna keep it here so I don't have to bother with taking out time.
