Planned workout: Warm up, 2x2miles, Cool down. It didn't quite go that way. It was more like 2 miles, 5 min recovery, 1.4 miles => 7:10,7:07, 5 min recovery, 7:18, 3:18 and I bailed. My pace was slowing and I just wasn't able to keep it going. I think this is the first time I've done that.
I'm looking forward to a better run tomorrow, and sleep tonight.
