First proper brick session probably ever. Wanted to push out on the bike a bit to really test the legs when it came to the run. Pushed but hard to get a rhythm as you constantly hit traffic and lights etc. Pushed hard up Killiney hill and then turned around and on home again. Ideally would like a longer cycle but happy to get a practice session in of a proper changeover from bike to run. Tried to take the feet out of the shoes before dismounting and then using the tri laces. Not bad for a first attempt but a few more attempts should make it smoother
