Notes
Run as part of a brick session after about 16km on the bike. Quick enough turnaround and out on the run straight away. Reasonably tough to get going but after a km or so got into the run ok. Still tough enough in spots but pretty smooth overall. Felt quite fast overall. Stopped to stretch achilles for a few secs early and stopped for 5 secs once or twice around but generally was ok. Might try another couple of brick sessions before Kilkenny
