Quite a good strong run. Probably pushed a bit harder than I needed to but wanted to blow the cobwebs out after a long weekend. Started quite fast but it was only when I reached the end of the park that I realised how strong the wind was. Kept the pace up even against the wind and to be honest I had no weak sections or no problems with injuries. My knee ached when I was stretching afterwards but it didn't affect me through the run itself. Good run - have about 6 weeks before the heath 10km so want to be in really good shape for that - aiming for sub 39 mins
