Tough run considering I had a few too many German beers at Oktoberfest the night before. Got up early to watch the rugby and drank loads of water. By the time I felt halfway ok I went out for my run. Felt surprisingly ok right from the start and despite some bad patches I didn't stop or slow down. Wasn't sure whether I would do 2 or 3 laps but felt strong enough to go for the hour. Not surprised that the HR was quite high as I think the hangover didn't help. Really happy to get another quick enough run in even though was feeling a bit rough
