World's worst day for a run. It was hammering down rain and windy as well. The only reason I went out is tomorrow will probably be worse and it wasn't actually that cold so once I got going I knew I'd be ok. Very tough to get going, legs were once again stiff and it was the first time I'd ran the total run on roads. There were floods on the paths and I was running in ankle deep water at times. The second half of the run I was better but still it wasn't a great run overall. The conditions were shocking so happy to actually get a run in at all
