Really good swim. After a gentle reintroduction to swimming last week I went in and just started swimming this morning. I wanted to do at least 10 lengths non stop but felt good and instead aimed for 30 lengths. Arms got tired after about 18 - 20 lengths but I battled on to 30 lengths even though the form suffered. Took a few mins break after and did another 10 lengths non stop. Really happy that I've swam the sprint distance non stop so just need to get into the pool a few more times before next Wed. It's a good idea to swim 30, 40 or 50 lengths together at the start and then finish off with another 10 or so just to get additional training in
