Easy run after we got back from Sligo. Felt pretty good all the way but I am noticing my achilles a bit more than before - will have to be careful not to put too much pressure on it over the next few weeks. I might hold off on increasing my runs to 5 times a week until this is sorted. I'll only run 4 times a week (max) and hopefully this will sort itself out. Other than that I was going at a nice pace and had no other problems.
