In Sligo for the weekend so went for a run on roads and through the forest at the back of Pat's house. Very hilly course and it's all uphill at the start so took a while to get into my running. Probably about half on the roads and half on forest trails. After about 20 mins I was really into my running and was going up the hills very strongly. I could see my speed increase the whole time even when I was going up hills. Could have stayed out longer but it was a strong run with no problems. Finished like a train again - it seems that I'm fully receovered from whatever slowed me down a few weeks ago. From now on all I need to do is ensure my achilles problem doesn't get any worse...
