Notes
First time to run 2 days in a row. Same problem as yesterday in that I didn't get my food right beforehand. I would have been ok energy wise if I had ran at 5.30pm as planned but I was held up at work and was an hour late. Either way my legs were pretty tired from yesterdays run anyway. Not sore or anything and no niggles but just a little dead. The longer the run went on the less energy I had and in the end just jogged the 2 laps. Happy to run 2 days in a row.
