Excellent run. Intervals on Franklin Field track -- 8x800 with ~200 (~90 second) recoveries (see intervals above for times). 10:18.59 warmup (8:44.23 pace for 1.18 miles), 12:40.25 warmdown (10:23.16 pace for 1.22 miles). Physically, felt excellent. Left quad just about 100% -- don't think it was noticeable at all during the entire run.
