legs felt great this morning. it was alittle humid, but way better than last week. run cadence was 88-90, depending on when i checked (every 20 minutes). legs were getting tired at the end, but i tried keeping my cadence up. i slowed some, but that's also where i was doing an out & back on the running trail section, so i didn't slow as much as at first glance.
