Notes

lesson with Chris. I need to think deeper and eliminate the excessive side-to-side movement of my arm during my pull. I'm loosing my grip on the water from the sharp movements. By thinking pulling deep and straight back (while really working to do nearly full catch-up), i was grabbing more water, and i could feel my arms and muscles along my sides really engaging more and pulling more water.
