4 x 50 breathing every 3rd, 4th, 5th, and choice stroke
1 x 100 alt 1-6 SoL drill/3-6 SoL drill each 25
1 x 100 alt 6-6 pulse/25 swim each 25
technique set
6 x 25 1-beat kick
6 x 50 F&P drill on 1:15, descend each set of 3
1 x 300, 100 swim/100 6-6pulse/100 swim
3 x 50, on 1:00, descend
