Swim lessons #9b with chris
I need to really watch my timing and not worry about trying to take strokes faster. Emphasized working on the pull with my left arm "over a barrel". Also kept emphasizing tight, fast kicks. Did some 25's kicking with a buoy between my legs to keep the kick small. Chris recommended me doing workouts with several sets of 20 x 25 on 0:30 trying to finish in around 0:21 to get my kick stronger & consistent.
