was stuck baby sitting drunk people until nearly 3:00 am last night, so I had to do this on about 4 hrs sleep. I really didn't want to miss a run after having such an off week last week between being sick & having family in town the past 2 days. My hamstrings were a little tight feeling, legs generall stiff, but i think it was just from lack of sleep. It did feel good to get a workout in.
